Communications Coordinator

The Congregation of the Holy Spirit in Bethel Park is looking for a part-time communications coordinator (15 hours a week) to manage bi-monthly newsletter and Province website.   Primary responsibilities includes writing, assembling and researching articles for newsletter.   The candidate will be required to edit, format, design and layout each issue, as well as coordinate distribution either electronically or by mail.   Other responsibilities include keeping website current and sending out internal news updates as well as designing booklets, flyers, handbooks, pamphlets as necessary.   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Photoshop is required as well as the ability to use social media such as Facebook and Twitter.   Please submit a sample of writing and/or similar design work with resume to usprovince@spiritans.org.
