Job Title: 

St. Louise de Marillac Parish is searching for a qualified, Catholic individual to employ as a full-time Business Manager.  This ministerial position reports directly to the pastor, and supports and assists him in the stewardship and oversight of the parish’s temporal assets and activities, including the parish school.  Specific duties and areas of oversight include parish and school finances and budgeting, physical plant management, human resources, and any additional duties as required in support of the parish’s operation.

The Business Manager will collaborate closely with a well-established parish staff including part-time bookkeeper, full-time maintenance supervisor, school principal, director of advancement, and full- and part-time office staff.


Qualifications for this position will include being a practicing Catholic with a commitment to advancing our parish mission, and demonstrated skills in stewardship, management and basic accounting.  Applicants must also have good communication skills, exercise discretion and good judgement, be self-disciplined and attentive to detail, and able to work collaboratively and diplomatically with both staff and parishioners.  Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with demonstrated professional experience and competency.  Benefits include health insurance and retirement.
