Hours: Daylight Monday–Friday, optional 4 day work week offered
Pay: New Competitive rates! Starting at $12.25 to $16.00 based upon experience and educational background
Bonus: Annual retention bonus through Keystone Stars $700 - $3,000 for eligible employees
Vacation: 2 weeks paid accrued
Holidays: 8 Paid -New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
Personal Days: 2 after six months of employment

Requirements/Experience
HS Diploma/GED Required
Child Development Associates (CDA) preferred
Two years (2,500 hours) of verifiable experience working with children in a professional capacity
Background check & clearances
Pre-Employment Physical & TB Test
Must be 18 years of age
