St. Louise de Marillac School is seeking a dedicated Athletic Director to lead and manage our athletic programs. The Athletic Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the athletic department, including budgeting, scheduling, compliance, and promoting a positive and inclusive athletic culture rooted in Catholic values. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to student-athlete development and spiritual growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans for the athletic department in alignment with the school’s mission and Catholic values.
- Oversee the recruitment of coaches and staff.
- Manage the athletic department budget, including fundraising efforts.
- Ensure compliance with all school, diocesan, athletic policies and regulations.
- Schedule and coordinate athletic events, practices, and competitions.
- Promote and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, faculty, and the community.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all student-athletes.
- Represent the school at meetings, and events related to athletics.
- Integrate faith and spirituality into the athletic programs and activities.
