Students in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades at Butler Catholic School in Butler will participate in online learning from now through Friday, January 22, 2021. The move to remote learning is necessary due to staffing concerns resulting from close contact with someone associated with the school and who tested positive for COVID-19.
Students will return to in-person learning on Monday, January 25, 2021. Preschool and Kindergarten through 5th grade will be in-person instruction as usual at this time.
Parents were informed of the change in schedule and, if needed, will be updated through the school’s regular communication channels.
“We thank the parents for their understanding and cooperation as we continue to navigate through ever-changing times. May our Provident God keep us all safe,” said Sister John Ann Mulhern, principal.
