Position Title: Childcare Center Director
Reports to: Pastor
Direct Reports: Childcare Center Staff
FLSA: Full Time Exempt
Hours: Average 40 hours per week
Salary: Commensurate with experience
The Childcare Center Director role is intended to provide overall direction for the childcare center as well as directly provide care for infants from six weeks through pre-K as well as provide school age programs. Experience as a childcare center director with Keystone Stars experience is recommended but not required.
