Director of Middle School and High School Ministry

The grouping of Saint Kilian and Holy Sepulcher Parishes in Butler County is seeking an inspired and faith-filled Catholic for the full-time position of Director of Middle School and High School Ministry. This position oversees activities, catechesis and sacramental preparation for Confirmation, and coordinates the programs of faith formation and youth ministry for grades 7 through 12.

Requirements: 
Bachelor’s degree religious studies preferred; minimum 2 years of experience working within youth ministry; experience leading teams of volunteers and recruiting volunteers; must have strong communication and computer skills including website maintenance and social media outreach. 
 
The director collaborates with the Evangelization Team and reports to the Director of Evangelization under the direction of the pastor.
