October 12, 2021The Parish Grouping of The Cities of God, which includes the three parishes of St. Ferdinand, St. Gregory, and Holy Redeemer is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. These parishes call together the faithful in three principle cities (Cranberry Twp., Zelienople, and Ellwood City) and all the many other communities in between. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the maintenance, renovation, restoration, and upkeep of the parish/school buildings and grounds at all three campuses including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Conducts preventative maintenance, safety and energy conservation audits.
Main duties include supervising the preventative, routine and emergency maintenance and upkeep of the buildings and property for the parish and school. Primary systems include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, fire safety, energy management, irrigation and grounds. Supervises five or more full-time maintenance and grounds employees, custodial employees and may also supervise outside contractors. A working position; personally performs routine to mid-level maintenance functions.
