Holy Cross Academy Marketing Administrative Manager (Full-time)
Vision
The Marketing Administrative Manager is in charge of enrollment, retention, increasing awareness of the school as well as day to day organizational tasks and facilitating efficient communication from the school office. This position leads coordination of all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities at the school to increase enrollment, as well as supporting school office operations. Responsibilities and Tasks
Marketing
Plans enrollment events, open houses, back to school events, and events surrounding Catholic Schools Week
Attends PTG, SAC, Athletics, Parish, etc. meetings to understand marketing needs for their various fundraisers and implements a plan to execute those needs.
Maintains, updates school website, takes photos and collects photos from groups, parents, teachers, etc. for the school website, marketing materials, yearbook and social media accounts, i.e. Facebook and Instagram
Builds community relationships and increases HCA awareness
Attends regional marketing meetings to work on region-wide projects and collaborate on best practices with the other regional schools marketing managers
Conducts tours of campus for families and is the brand ambassador for HCA
Administrative
Handles office tasks, utilizing Google suite, compiling announcements from various school groups and composing a school and community wide email communication twice a week
Supporting the school administrative assistant when needed by covering main desk duties: attendance, announcements, student transportation and assists
Principal with maintaining calendar
Works with administrative assistant to send all transfer student records, including health records and update employee and student information files
Helps maintain student information system (FACTS Management), organizes all student textbooks and back to school supply lists and prepares, collects, and organizes all forms: beginning of year paperwork, family envelopes, graduation materials
Covers main desk duties when school administrator is out of office
Assists in planning 8th grade graduation at end of year
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Marketing and social media experience is preferred
Must be able to work in a rigorous office environment
Clear background check is required

Follows an 8 hour work day, Monday-Friday. 8:00- 4:00, occasionally may require an adjusted work schedule for evening/weekend hours in order to attend school meetings, functions, and/or events
