We are currently seeking an organized and enthusiastic individual interested in the role of a part-time office staff member at Ave Maria Academy. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school's faculty and staff. Your duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. You will also be responsible for maintaining student records, scheduling appointments, and managing the school's calendar. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills, both written and verbal. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, and Google Suites and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
