The appropriate representative from each parish team, or an adult designee, is expected at each of the following mandatory meetings:
1) Pre-season Meeting
2) Scheduling Meeting
3) Post-season Meeting (if eligible).
Teams that fail to attend these meetings will be declared ineligible (including regular and post-season play). All meetings will be held at the Diocesan Pastoral Center in O’Connor Hall (2900 Noblestown Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15205) and will begin promptly at 7:00 pm unless otherwise noted. Please complete all registration requirements in advance of their respective deadlines and send/submit copies to the contact below.
Any player who does not have a completed “Athletic Release” form will be declared ineligible (for any and all practices, scrimmages, and/or games) and will remain so until forms are properly completed. The CYO Sports Board will consider team, coach, and player eligibility issues on a case-by-case basis. Only PIAA participants, in a different sport, and those who were cut from their school team are eligible after December 1. Rosters will be declared FINAL on December 15 at 4:00 pm.
