150th Anniversary Celebration - St. Augustine Secular Franciscan Fraternity

The Order of Secular Franciscans of St. Augustine Fraternity invites you to share our joy celebrating our 150^th Anniversary living the Franciscan spirit.  The Fraternity was established canonically in 1874 by the Capuchin Friars shortly after arriving in Pittsburgh at the request of the Diocese
     
Our celebration on Sunday, October 20 opens with a 1:30 p.m. mass at St. Augustine Church, 225 37^th Street, Pittsburgh, PA followed by a reception and program from 2:30-4 p.m.in Hyacinth Epp Hall located next to the church. 
     
Members of the Fraternity and representatives from the Lady Poverty Region will be available to welcome guests and respond to your questions about this religious order, our  Rule, and Franciscan spirituality.
