Come out for an evening of prayer, preaching, worship, community, live music, and homemade baked goods!
Capuchin Café originated at the Capuchin formation house in Washington, DC in 2014. Inspired by events such as the CFR's Catholic Underground, the student friars wanted to reach out to the student and young adult community around Catholic University. Capuchin Café was designed to draw people together in both prayer and recreation.
We are excited to now bring Capuchin Café to Pittsburgh!
The event begins at 7:00 pm, Sept. 11, at St. Augustine Church where there will be Adoration, praise & worship, and preaching by Fr. Brian Stacy, OFM Capuchin.
The café portion follows just down the hill in Hyacinth Epp Hall. The night will feature coffee, homemade baked goods, and live music from Dayton-based singer-songwriter, Kevin Heider.
We hope to see you there! All are invited!
The event is free, though goodwill donations to support future events are always appreciated. Parking is available in the Our Lady of the Angels parking lot on 37th St.
