Film Presentation: “A Place at the Table: African Americans on the Path to Sainthood”

Six black American men and women of uncommon faith are on the path to Canonization for sainthood in the Catholic Church. They are Pierre Toussaint, Mother Mary Lange, Henriette DeLille, Augustus Tolton, Julie Greeley, and Sr. Thea Bowman. Theirs are inspiring and compelling stories about Catholicism in the United States that we rarely have a chance to hear.

Please join us as Fr. Matthew Hawkins presents this new and beautiful documentary. It will expand your vision of the Catholic Church. The film runs for about two hours.
