Saint Jude Parish Speakers Series invites you to discover the relationship between Artificial Intelligence and the Catholic Church with a presentation by guest speaker Dr. Gerald Magill on
April 29th at 7:00 PM. The title of his presentation will be "Catholic Ethics and Artificial Intelligence in a Technologically Transforming World: The Dynamic Leadership of Pope Francis.”
Dr. Magill holds the Vernon F. Gallagher Chair at Duquesne University where he is a Professor in the Center for Global Health Ethics and is a Senior Research Fellow in the Carl G. Griffenstette Center for Ethics in Science, Technology and Law, focusing on data ethics and digital technology. He has authored, co-authored, or edited 13 books including a recently co-authored book on Governance Ethics in Healthcare Organizations.
