Parish Model - Case Study

Moving from 188 to 60 parishes required in-depth analysis and study of the current realities.  Samplings from this guide showcase the data that was compiled to propose draft models for consideration. Also included here are the criteria for drafting proposed models. The criteria in part included allowances for: growth and vibrancy, proper accessible pastoral care, financial viability, effective stewardship and care of our clergy.
