Bishop Canevin High School has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant (10) or (12) month employment available. This individual will report directly to the Principal, duties include but are not limited to:
• Coordinating Student Transportation
• Arranging Teacher Substitutions
• Placing School Supply Orders
• Monitoring Daily Student Attendance for in-person and virtual learners
• Answering phones and welcoming visitors
Experience working in a school setting and familiarity with Google Platform preferred. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:15-12:15 as well as the possibility of assisting two afternoons per week in the Counseling Office. Rate is $17.50/hr.
