Admissions Director: Deadline to apply 7/09/21

•  Promote school mission and Catholic identity to prospective families
•  Reports to the Principal in order to collaborate, develop, and implement an enrollment strategy
•  Plan and  market enrollment events including Open House, BC Showcase, and 8th Grade Visitation Day
•  Oversee parent and student ambassador programs
•  Represent the school at recruitment fairs and conduct partner school presentations
•  Schedule tours and shadow day experiences with prospective families
•  Track enrollment data and trends and provide enrollment reports
• Communicates with prospective families to provide information on academic programs, extracurricular opportunities, scholarships, school policies, and transportation
•  Provide families a resource for questions pertaining to the school and admissions process
• Help Develop and implement marketing strategy to connect school to prospective families
