Bishop Zubik announces the following clergy appointments:

ADMINISTRATOR (PRO-TEM)

The Reverend Joseph A. Carr to Administrator Pro-tem of Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish, Ambridge/Baden/Conway/Franklin Park, effective September 6, 2022 through February 19, 2023.  At the same time, Fr. Carr will maintain his responsibilities as Parish Chaplain.
 
RETIRED PRIEST WITH ASSIGNMENT

In accordance with the provisions of the Priest Personnel Policy, and at his request, the Reverend Samuel J. Esposito has been granted permission to resign from his current assignment as Senior Parochial Vicar of Archangel Gabriel Parish, Kennedy/McKees Rocks/Robinson, Chaplain to the Felician Sisters Motherhouse and duties of providing weekend assistance to the newly established Regina Coeli Parish, effective August 15, 2022.  At the same time, Father Esposito will begin retirement and is assigned as a Retired Priest with Assignment as Chaplain to the Felician Sisters Motherhouse, Coraopolis. 

SABBATICAL

The Reverend John F. Donahue has been granted permission to begin a six (6) month sabbatical as part of the diocesan continuing education and formation program for priests, effective September 6, 2022 and concluding February 20, 2023.  Upon his return, Fr. Donahue will resume his duties of Pastor of Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish, Ambridge/Baden/Conway/Franklin Park.
