Our Lady of Mount Carmel is seeking a full time, salaried Director of Faith Formation. The Director of Faith Formation is responsible for providing leadership, organization, implementation, and evaluation of parish-wide lifelong faith formation for adults, families, youth, and children. Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish has a vision to foster a living encounter with Christ in an age-appropriate spirituality of Christian living and service.
Requirements:- Master’s degree in theology, catechetics, religious education, or related degree with 3 years’ experience
- Experience on a variety of levels of catechesis including children, sacramental preparation, youth and young adult ministries, and ongoing adult formation
- 3 years’ experience administering an organizing program along with supervising and developing staff
- Must be detail oriented with superior organizational skills
- 40 hours a week; requires a flexible and variable schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Salary commensurate with experience
