Faith Formation Secretary duties include communicating with parish families via email, phone, and mail correspondence, preparing materials for religious education events and meetings, and coordination of program participants and tracking sacrament requirements. This position also provides administrative support to the Social Ministry team. Requirements:
Administrative experience working in a church setting is preferred.
Must have superb organizational skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
40 hours a week and may include occasional evenings.
