Infant/Toddler Teachers Full Time/Part Time- Hours: Daylight Monday–Friday, optional 4 day work week offered
- Pay: New Competitive rates! Starting at $11.50 to $16.00 based upon experience and educational background
- Bonus: Annual retention bonus through Keystone Stars $700 - $3,000 (if applicable)
- Vacation: 2 weeks accrued
- Sick Leave: accrued at the rate of one day per month, cumulative up to a maximum of sixty (60) days (480 hours)
- Holidays: 8 Paid -New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day
- Personal Days: 2 after six months of employment
- Medical: First of the month following 30 days of employment for eligible employees
- Dental: First of the month following 30 days of employment for eligible employees
- Vision: First of the month following 30 days of employment for eligible employees
- 403(b) Retirement Plan: CHFM will enroll you and CHFM may contribute up to 1.5% for eligible employees
- Life Insurance: First of the month following 90 day probationary period for eligible employees
