St. Matthew Parish, serving Etna, Glenshaw, Millvale, and Reserve Township, has an immediate opening for a full-time maintenance person. This job encompasses the four sites of the Parish.
Skills needed (basic knowledge required):
*Electric
*Construction/carpentry/drywall/plaster
*Roofing
*Plumbing
*HVAC – AC, furnaces, boilers / thermostats
*Repairs of commercial kitchen appliances
Other:
*Valid driver’s license and registered vehicle
*General maintenance
*Manual labor (includes setting up tables/chairs for events)
*Changing light bulbs
*Comfortable working with heights
*Snow removal for some sites – early hours, especially on Sundays
*Grass cutting for some sites
*Garbage removal
*Emergency calls
