Maintenance Worker/Custodian--Full Time St. Michael the Archangel Parish, Mt. Lebanon/Scott Twp

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing maintenance and repair service to buildings, facilities and property including semi-skilled carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, grounds keeping, general cleaning, and other minor repair work.
Upkeep of grounds including snow and ice removal from walkways and entrances during winter months.
On call for emergency response to the needs of the above parish locations.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Moving, loading and unloading equipment and supplies weighing 50lbs and heavier is required.
Able to work independently without direct supervision.
High school diploma, GED or relevant experience is required.
Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, preferably.
