The Reverend Kevin J. Dominik from Pastor, Saint Andrew the Apostle Parish, Charleroi/ Donora/Monongahela to Director of the Propaedeutic Program, Director of the Office for Priestly Vocations, Chaplain to the Serra Club of Pittsburgh, Chaplain for Scouting, and a member of the Formation Team at Saint Paul Seminary.
The Very Reverend Philip N. Farrell from Regional Vicar of the North Vicariate to Director of the Office for Institutional Ministries with residence at Saint Philip Parish.
The Reverend Joseph R. McCaffrey from Pastor, Holy Spirit Parish, Lawrence County to Regional Vicar of the North Vicariate, with residence at the North Vicariate Office. Father McCaffrey will remain as Chaplain to the Pittsburgh Office of the FBI.

The Reverend Michael J. Stumpf from Pastor, Mary, Queen of Peace Parish, Mount Washington/South Side to Pastor, Saint Joseph the Worker Parish, Braddock/Churchill/ Forest Hills/Swissvale/Turtle Creek/Wilmerding, for a term of six (6) years, effective Monday, August 5, 2024. Father Sweeney has been granted permission to begin a six-month leave of absence for health reasons.
