Divine Grace Parish Faith Formation Office Administrator Position The Catechetical Ministry office of Divine Grace Parish is seeking an office administrator to coordinate management of our on-going religious education programs. The Office Administrator will complete all clerical and administrative tasks. The Office Administrator needs to demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills. This job requires outstanding communication skills in person, in writing, social media and over the phone. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be selfmotivated and trustworthy. This is a 30 hour a week position.
Demonstrates proficiency in computer skills including but not limited to: MS Word, MS Excel, Gmail, Publisher, Google and use of copier
Has willingness to learn new computer programs as the job requires
Document and process registrations, tuition payments, and attendance
Keep student records current and verify all sacramental information
Report all sacraments received by students and those adults attending OCIA to their home parishes
Keep parents informed of class session dates, meetings and all other important information by using Flocknotes or group emails
Answer telephone, email and any other communication as necessary
Maintain office equipment, order supplies, i.e. paper, toner, ink cartridges, etc.
Assist where needed for retreats, sacraments and other programs
