pplications are now being accepted for the position of Administrative Assistant for the Shrines of Pittsburgh. This position is part time and will require the candidate to float between Shrine Parishes. This position provides office support 3 days per week for the Shrines of Pittsburgh and will require the candidate to work independently as well as a team member with other staff.
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant position include:
Minimum of two (2) years of administrative office experience;
Proficient in Database Management;
Proficient in Microsoft Office;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Able to multi task and meet deadlines;
Ability to confidentially handle the needs of the public;
Familiarity of office management and procedures.
