In light of the coronavirus (COVID-19), and with a continuing abundance of caution for the health and safety of students and school families, following guidance from the Governor of Pennsylvania, the Diocese of Pittsburgh Schools Office is closing all diocesan schools (K-12) from March 16 until March 30, 2020.
Given the fluidity of this critical matter, we will continue to offer updates.
Details regarding at-home learning will be sent to families through principals.
We will continue to monitor and take guidance from federal, state, and local agencies to make recommendations that will best serve our students and their families.
The schools office has been sending families information regarding precautions and closures. The diocese has set up a new area on its website for consistent updates related to the pandemic (

Onsite parish religious education classes and teen ministry will be suspended for the same duration. Parents should consult their parishes for information and makeup work.
