The Janitorial Staff position is responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness and repair of Ave Maria Academy’s facilities and grounds. These positions require a variety of facility and equipment maintenance duties. May perform various routine maintenance and repairs based on skill level and experience. Also performs custodial duties including, but not limited to, cleaning services (e.g. trash removal, mopping, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, etc.) in the school building according to a weekly schedule and other duties as assigned.

Childcare Driver and Teacher Aide, part time, Vincentian, McCandless The Childcare Driver and Teacher Aide is responsible for driving the children to/from school and special activities. This includes supervising children while on the bus, during activities, and/or in the classroom. Additional responsibilities include assisting teaching staff in the classroom. 

Program Coordinator – Office of the Diaconate Applications are now being accepted for the position of Program Coordinator in the Office of the Diaconate of the Diocese of Pittsburgh.  This is a full-time position located at the Diocese of Pittsburgh Pastoral Center. This position provides operational and administrative support to the Office of the Diaconate by working independently as well as a team member with other staff to facilitate the efficient operations of the department using organizational, problem-solving, technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.  Some responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, directing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting in planning of periodic days of recollection, annual retreats, and other events.  In addition, this position assists with the processing of potential aspirants for newly called classes.

The Regional Director provides leadership to assist the parish communities in building a solid foundation in youth spirituality, discipleship, catechesis, and ministry.
