Applications are now being accepted for the position of EMT in the Secretariat for Clergy and Consecrated Life of the Diocese of Pittsburgh. This is a non-exempt position located at Saint John Vianney Manor.
The EMT position, under the supervision of the Wellness Care Coordinator, provides health care support for the priest residents at St. John Vianney Manor by assisting in the transportation needs of the priest residents that are not physically capable by using the diocesan transport vehicle in a safe manner following policies and traffic laws. This position also maintains the transport vehicle in efficient operating condition.
On Friday, November 29, 2024 at 8:30 a.m., Bishop David Zubik and Christians from across the Pittsburgh area will partner with Amen to Action to pack meals for the needy at North Catholic High School. This is the final of 12 food packing events held at local Christian organizations in November 2024. Everyone is invited to attend.
SUMMARY OF JOB: Part time, 20 hours per week . Provides maintenance, renovation, restoration, and upkeep of the parish buildings and grounds including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Conducts preventative maintenance, safety assessments, and energy conservation audits. On call for emergency response to the needs of both parish locations.
